Business Acumen

The universal language of business, from the street vendor's kiosk to the business units of fortune 500 companies - the language is the same.

This workshop looks at business acumen in a simplistic manner. The target audience is sales people, customer service employees, program and project managers, operation managers and supervisors, engineers, estimators and any one else who does not have a financial background yet their decisions directly affect the financial health of the organization. Our effort here is to make what many see, and many support, as a complex issue and break in down into a logical flow of measurements that can be applied to any business case.

Some comments from recent workshops:

"This course covered in four hours what I recently took at (a large Texas University) for two days." Zone Manager of an Automotive component aftermarket company

"Think about what I can do to help my company's sales cash flow. Think from my customer's perspective what they are prioritizing." Account Manager with a global chemical company
