Daniel A. Belanger
Dan brings
to the table over 20 years of Human Resource Management experience
and over 15 years of experience in the training and development
field. His degrees in science and management development make
him very comfortable in dealing with the fast moving technology
companies. Industry background includes manufacturing, retailing,
utilities and warehousing. The training and development experience
is also varied including automotive, government, telecommunications,
computers, insurance and paper manufacturing. His specialties
include skill development in communications related to managing,
selling, team building and interacting in a multi-cultural environment.
Training recipients’ range from ‘floor workers’ to top management.
Dan has a B.S. from University of Detroit and a MBA from Wayne
State University.

Artemis Mavroldi

Mavroldi
Ms. Mavroldi's
main areas of expertise are as a culture and language consultant
and a communication and language trainer. She has developed and
delivered training modules in the areas of: technical communication,
cross-cultural competence, negotiation styles, presentation techniques,
acoustic and verbal quality, and effective communication strategies.
Ms. Mavroldi has worked as a language trainer for various companies
and private schools instructing in: standard and business English,
standard and business German, standard French and Greek. She has
studied at Julius-Maxmillians-Universitat in Wurzburg Germany
with the equivalent of a M.A. qualification of English and French
consisting of linquistics, literature, didactics, cultual science
and language skills. She is currently working towards a doctorate
in French linquistics.

Beverly Niermann
Beverly
Niermann has over 16 years experience in manufacturing engineering;
tooling, capital equipment, purchasing and Six Sigma project methodology.
Using Six Sigma methodology, she lead a multi-campus team at a
Tier I Supplier in the creation of analytical tools to replace
physical design verification testing, application of engineering
controls & development of risk mitigation tools. Bev brought
to closure a variety of engineering based special projects involving
cross-functional teams and presented critical data to multiple
management levels to receive buy-in and build consensus.
Bev was a Representative on the AIAG "VPD Product Development
Performance Metrics" project team creating the D-13: Product
Development Metrics guideline published August 1999.
She holds a B.S. in Engineering from University of Missouri and
Six Sigma certification from Johnson Controls Inc.

L.Rod Toneye
Rod
graduated from the City University of New York and has done graduate
work at Univ. of Michigan where he also held a position in the
Office of Affirmative Action. He is an experienced facilitator
of negotiation strategies and is a mediator certified by the Institute
for Mediation and Conflict Resolution. For the past ten years
he has participated in the instructional leadership program at
Ford Motor Company as a certified instructor in Ford’s state-of-the-art
management training academy, the Fairlane Training and Development
Center in Dearborn, Michigan and the Centers affiliated operations
in the United States, Europe, Canada and Mexico. During this engagement
Rod delivers on going training to salaried and hourly personnel
consisting of a broad array of performance improvement courses
such as, effective listening, assertive communication, team building,
change management and conflict resolution. He has also worked
extensively in teambuilding with the Detroit Compact organization.

Carol Johnson
With
a background in Sales, Telemarketing Management, and 'Corporate
University' experience, Carol brings to ETC a record of successful
performance in training, motivational techniques, problem solving
and outstanding results in the application of modern sales methods.
Prior to joining ETC, Carol was a Branch Business Manager/Sales
Manager for AT&T. She also was a Management Instructor training
competitive, management, and sales skills to AT&T management employees
at AT&T's National Training Center. The telemarketing organization
she directed consisted of 50 management and non-management personnel
dedicated to sales of network products. The appraisal standards
she developed for telemarketing employees were adopted nationally.
She is a member of NAWBO, Zonta Club of Denver II and a 1995 graduate
of Leadership Denver.

Dr. Diane K. Kasunic, Ph.D.
Diane
has an extensive background in Instructional Technology and O.D.Interventions.
With a Ph.D., in Educational Sociology, she has consulted with
numerous Fortune 100 companies in: managing and developing new
programs, instructor certification, diversity, teamwork, and worked
closely with core competencies, process leadership and evaluations.
She developed a web-based Emotional Intelligence evaluation instrument
and has facilitated Emotional Intelligence workshops in support
of: Diversity, Negotiating, Team Building and Creative Thinking.
Her recently published book: Corporate Cult: Surviving and Transforming
Your Career was recently discussed on CBS's The Early Show. She
instructs in Leadership and other management competencies as an
adjunct graduate faculty member at: Central Michigan University,
Lawrence Technological Univ., Oakland University and Notre Dame
of Ohio University.

Kathleen Zielinski
Kathleen
Zielinski has over twenty years experience in training, consulting,
facilitation, and education. She has been affiliated with several
consulting firms including Kepner-Tregoe (Princeton, NJ) and the
Sandy Corporation (Troy MI). Ms. Zielinski has worked at the corporate
level and at numerous operations locations, in the United States,
Mexico and Europe with salaried and hourly employees. Her background
in psychology and counseling gives her an acute understanding
of the performance system and the dynamics of human behavior.
This translates into a solid foundation for consulting and training
in the area of performance improvement. She is also a consultant
and master trainer in the area of problem solving and decision
making. Ms. Zielinski is an adjunct faculty at Walsh College wher
she designed and regulary delivers Problem Solving, Decision Making.
Kathleen has an undergraduate degree in Public Speaking from Eastern
Michigan University and a Master's Degree in Counseling from the
University of Michigan.

Edward J. Pritchard
Ed
started with Everest Training & Consulting in 1987 to help
organizations increase market share. He has several long-term
(ten year) successful relationships with sales organizations helping
them define their value proposition. This value-focused approach
has paid off with client market share gain in automotive and non-automotive
industries. Ed has been training and consulting in business development
for sixteen years and holds a business degree from the University
of Iowa. He is also Six Sigma certified from Motorola University.
Previously, Ed was a Sales Director with AT&T and Lucent Technology's
National Account Manager program and was a frequent member of
the Achievers Club and Council of Leaders. Ed has published several
articles on sales negotiation in addition to conducting hundreds
of sales seminars. He is member of the International Society of
Performance and Instruction, American Society of Training &
Development, Greater Ann Arbor SHRM, Human Resource Association
of Greater Detroit, and RiverView Yacht Club.
