Professional Project Manager seeks coaching by Everest to enhance skills in assertive communication and emotional intelligence

Grand Rapids, Mich, May 2007. A Technical Services Engagement / Project Manager for a large national bank contracted with Everest Training & Coching as a business coach to help her be more assertive while employing a higher level of emotional intelligence.

"My project teams are scattered around the country and the majority of my project team meetings are conducted via telephone" said the project manager. "I received an evaluation that my communication skills needed development so I found Ed on the Internet and thought the Everest program model would be just what I needed to help communicate more effectively.
