we need to communicate in a collegial and effective manner" said

thought leadership skills to maintain our culture of urgency and safety
first all while focused on meeting the needs of the customer. Ed Pritchard's
experience in the unique automotive OEM / Tier I environment was just
what we were looking for." "Ed's focus on a situational management
approach and the skills needed to implement this flexibility in dealing
with others has been very helpful in communicating and motivating others",
said Jamie Rosenberg, Manufacturing Engineer. "Our discussions
over the three month period applying team leader concepts to current
situations has been a great learning experience. I was actually able
to put some of the ideas immediately into practice and observe the results"
