Inc. Forges Strategic Partnership to Develop a Value Based Solutions
Training Curriculum

September 2004 - Novacel Inc. North and Central America division of
Chargeurs-Protective has agreed to develop with Everest Training &
Consulting the Novacel Sales System (NSS) to promote organic growth
by focusing all team members on bringing a solution of value to prospects
and customers.

committed to a value based business model by locating service centers
close to our customers and by ensuring we add value to their products
and services thereby enabling them to be more profitable," stated
Jim Kendall, President, Novacel Inc. "I have worked with Ed Pritchard
at previous organizations and know that the Everest
value based selling process will have an immediate positive
effect on top line growth. We are in a highly competitive, almost commodity
type market and we need to utilize all our resources to differentiate
our services from the competition" said Kendall. This is an incremental,
building block curriculum with team members, managers and leaders responsible
for behavior modifications. The program uses a blended learning approach
using classroom events, webinars, work team reinforcement and coaching.
