MI - SHRM, Society of Human Resources Managers - Michigan, Has Selected Everest Training & Coaching to Present HR Consultative Tools to the 2005 State Conference

Mt. Pleasant, MI. February, 2005 - Everest Training & Coaching has been selected by the MiSHRM 2005 State Conference Hosts: Mid Michigan Human Resource Association and Valley Society for Human Resource Management to present a workshop at the 2005 State Conference titled, "HR Consultative Tools."

Attendees will acquire some practical HR consultative tools, which an HR professional can use to quickly learn what is important to an internal client by establishing credibility, knowing what questions to ask and present solutions that demonstrate HR value to the internal client. Attendees will learn how to use the Consultative Model, how to have a proactive business conversation based on client needs and be able to discern what is of added value to a client vs. what they just expect from HR.
