L & L Products Selects Everest Training & Coaching to Coach Engineering Managers and Team Leaders

Romeo, Michigan, September 26, 2006 - L&L Products, a provider of engineered sealing and structural solutions, has embarked on a team leader coaching initiative to be coordinated by Ed Pritchard of Everest Training & Coaching.

"We are in the process of restructured our plants and it was felt I needed help with the expanded team leader skills being asked of me" said Rich Mancuso, engineering team leader, L&L Products. "Maintenance engineering for two plants will be under my guidance. Two separate facilities with three shift work schedules will require pragmatic, successful leadership skills as we go through this transition to a stronger more dynamic company" said Mancuso. "Ed was able to meet with me and apply team leader coaching to help craft strategies based on real life situations. And after our third session I am already starting to see some results. I am finding out that in some cases what I have been doing is the best approach and Ed suggests other or different approaches. It is a great process - we discuss, form an action plan, implement and then review the results all within a two week period. A great learning experience!"
