Rubber Chemical Supplier Contracts with Everest Training & Consulting

March 2008. Flexsys, a Division of Solutia Inc. launched a sales initiative
in the fourth quarter 2007 designed to grow market share in Europe,
S.E. Asia, China, Japan and South America by adding value to client
relationships while neutralizing the low price being offered by Chinese
chemical manufacturers.
"My Sales Managers are scattered around the world
and we don't have a focused approach on their two primary responsibilities
- selling to our clients and managing the Flexsys virtual account team"

is both the same and different in the various geographic areas. The

various global markets the common denominator is value. And value is
created not with the purchasing organization but with engineers, production
