Custom Electric Engages Everest Training & Consulting to Enhance Organizational Teamwork

Wixom, Michigan, February 16, 2006 - Custom Electric Co., maker of specialty heating elements for industrial ovens and furnaces, has embarked on an employee communication and empowerment initiative to be coordinated by Ed Pritchard of Everest Training & Consulting.

"The 360-Degree evaluation was very insightful and provided valuable information for reflection and discussion among the shop and front office people.
